Terms and conditions


These conditions are binding once the reservation is made. Anyone making a booking must be over 18. Any unaccompanied minors staying at one of our cottages require the written permission of the parent or guardian. This must be submitted to Järvilomat before the vacation commences. You can aquire driving instruction from webpage and keylocker code you will get one week before renting period starts. The resort is at the client’s disposal starting from 4 p.m. on arrival day until 12.00 midday on departure day. The rental cost includes free access to all vocational facilities, bedding (mattresses, blankets, pillows – no bed linen), firewood and basic utensils. Guests should bring their own bed linen and are also responsible for cleaning during the rental period and upon its expiry unless otherwise agreed. If cleaning is not performed, Järvilomat is entitled to charge the client a cleaning fee. The accommodation may not be used by more people than is agreed when the accommodation is reserved. If you want to bring pets to the accommodation, please notify the owner at the time of booking. All comments and complaints about the property and its facilities should be made directly to the owner as soon as they occur. Complaints made in retrospect will not be accepted.


The booking is to be done using our booking form. The booking confirmation will be sent upon payment instructions via email. You have to pay first 20% downpayment . The downpayment will be credited in the final payment which due date is one month before renting period starts. The booking can be cancelled without cost prior to the final payment due date. For last minute bookings (accommodation commencing in less than 4 weeks) all payments are due immediately.

Minimum stay: High Season: 7 days. Other times: 2 day

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must always be made in writing to Järvilomat. The reservation can be cancelled free-of-charge prior to the final payment due date. If the cancellation is made at least four  weeks prior to the start of the stay, the advance payment will be returned. In case of cancellation 4-0 weeks before the start of the stay, the advance payment is non-refundable unless the cottages are re-rented for that period. If a cancellation occurs because of an accident or serious illness that occurs before the start of the stay, the rental fee will be reimbursed. In such cases, upon request, a medical certificate pertaining to the reason for cancellation should be provided. Should there be a case of force majeure, the Järvilomat booking can be cancelled. In this case, the client will receive full reimbursement of the rental fee. Järvilomat may cancel bookings in such cases where the downpayment or final invoice is not paid by the due date.
All complaints and notifications regarding the villa conditions or other rental issues shall be addressed without delay directly to Järvilomat via email or by phone, already during the stay at the villa. Järvilomat can terminate rental contract due to the tenants bad behaviour and noisiness which bothers areas other accommodates.
Cottages are privatily owned and you rent cottages directly from the owner. Järvilomat is a marketing name.
